Sign-up Dates are Saturday, February 6th and Sunday, February 7th
Germantown sign-ups will once again be held at the Zion United Church of Christ. Zion Church is located on the corner of Burnett and Minoma Avenues, one block south of Eastern Parkway. This year’s dates and times are Saturday, February 6th (10: AM - 2 PM) and Sunday, February 7th (1:30 PM 4:00 PM).
Please note that a “Germantown Baseball Registration Form” is enclosed for your convenience. To minimize the amount of time spent at sign ups it is very important that this form is completed and it is brought to sign-ups. This form is available at www.germantownbaseball and can be completed on line and printed from your computer. This is the recommend and preferred way to complete forms and turn in at sign ups. One form needs to be completed for each child playing at Germantown; if you have 3 kids playing you will need to complete 3 forms. The address information is used to send out all news letters and bulletins to your household during the upcoming year. Email addresses can be helpful for team managers to communicate.
Fees, Discounts & Picnic Chances: $80.00 per player all leagues except 13-15 baseball which is $115.00 per player. Discounts: $10.00 for 2nd player, $20.00 for each additional player in family. Fee includes 25 chances per player for picnic capital prize. These can be sold to help off set the registration fees.
ALL NEW GERMANTOWN PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE at sign-ups.
There are several age groups where the number of players could maximize the amount of field time available. Once the maximum amount is met a waiting list for these divisions will be started. A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE stance is being taken. If it is inconvenient for you to sign up on these dates please make arrangements with a friend or neighbor. Late sign-ups will only be taken where there are openings. Additional chances can be acquired at sign-ups as well.
Concession Deposit Fee Due of $50 is Due at Sign-ups
Again this year to reduce the team manager’s responsibilities, the concession stand deposit fee will be collected at sign-ups. This is a fee that will be refunded once the concession stand commitments are met. The Concession Deposit Fee should be presented in the form of a check ($50.00). A separate check should be presented for each child when you sign-up. (Therefore, if you have 1 child playing in the league, you will need to bring 2 checks, 2 children, 3 checks; ...etc) Please put the players name and playing age on the check. Having these checks prepared when you arrive will help expedite the sign-ups process. Thank You in Advance.
